My close friend and I ushered into existence a brand called Somos Projects in the summer of 2020. With the vision to create high quality basics that can be styled effortlessly.

Carried out the design and establishment of the aesthetic of Somos Projects. Such as picking styles and colors that pair well with our elegant and minimalist approach to design. Sourced the blanks through manufacturers that produced a high-quality product with a sustainable approach.

We oversaw the operational side every step of the way. from sourcing, storytelling, and ultimately to shipping. We were hands-on in every aspect.

Though we produced in small volume, we have seen great success in recognition, engagement, and ultimately sales.
